Shipping and delivery

1. Shipping locations

• United States, including minor outlying islands

2. Processing time

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
• Orders placed and paid before 2 PM ET ship the same business day
• Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day

3. Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders over $250
• Standard US shipping: $12.00

4. Delivery timeframes

• Shipping times are estimates and begin after order processing
• Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather or other unforeseen factors
• We do not guarantee a delivery date

5. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also look it up on our order tracking page.

6. Lost, delayed or stolen packages

• Dual Chambers is not responsible for a delay caused by a shipping carrier
• If a package is marked delivered but was not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly
• We are not liable for a package lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
• For an order valued at $1,000 or more a signature is required on delivery

7. Incorrect shipping information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
• If incorrect information is provided we are not responsible for a lost shipment
• An address change must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order

8. Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or a pen is missing:

• Contact us immediately on delivery
• Proof may be required, such as photographs and your order details
• Claims are handled in accordance with our refunds and returns policy

9. Shipping restrictions and disclaimer

• All products are sold for research purposes only
• Not for human or animal consumption
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local law and regulation

10. Changes to this policy
