These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the dualchambers.com website. By accessing the site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Payment Terms

All e-Check and ACH payments are payable to Dual Chambers.

By placing an order you authorize dualchambers.com to initiate a one time ACH or electronic debit from the bank account you designate, in the amount of your purchase. You confirm that your ACH transactions comply with all applicable laws. Payments submitted before 2 PM ET are processed the same business day. Once authorized, a payment cannot be altered or cancelled.

We recommend printing a copy of your payment authorization for your records.

Use of Our Website

Unless stated otherwise, your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. You may not modify, reproduce, license, sell or redistribute any information, service or product obtained through this site.

Product Use

All dualchambers.com products are supplied solely for laboratory and research purposes. They must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, household products or for recreational purposes.

Every pen is a sealed dual chamber device filled during a controlled fill run, holding 1 mL once its chambers are joined, and supplied for handling and measurement at the bench. It is supplied for no other purpose.

Customers represent and warrant that:

They are knowledgeable about the safe handling of, and the risks associated with, research materials.
They comply with all applicable regulations in their country.
They will test, store and use purchased products in a controlled research setting.
They understand that products are not sterilized or tested by Dual Chambers for safety outside the intended laboratory application.

Dual Chambers reserves the right to refuse a sale to an unqualified individual, or to request proof of institutional or laboratory affiliation before fulfilling an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on dualchambers.com, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and design, is owned or licensed by Dual Chambers and protected under copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, distribute or publish any material from this site without prior written permission.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold dualchambers.com, its officers, employees and agents harmless against any claim, damage or expense resulting from your use of the website or the products, from your violation of these terms, or from your infringement of a third party right.
